6 Ingredients Delicious Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies | Lockdown Baking
.225 g sugar
.225 peanut butter
.1/2 tsp vanilla extract
.90 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
.10 ml flavorless oil
.Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees C, and line a baking sheet with some parchment paper.
.In a large bowl, add the first 4 ingredients together and mix until smooth.
.Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough (about 2 tablespoons of dough) and roll into a ball.
.Place the roll cookie dough onto the cookie sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
.Press down on it with the back of a fork, and then press again in the opposite direction to create the classic criss-cross look.
.Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes until the edges start to turn lightly golden brown. Take them out and allow to cool down for 5 minutes.
.Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave in 15 seconds intervals until fully melted.
.Add in the oil and mix well with the chocolate.
.Dip half of each cookie into the chocolate and place back on a baking sheet or wire rack.
.Allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour, or 30 minutes in the fridge, until the chocolate has set, then Enjoy! :)
