Best Healthy Chocolate & Peanut-Butter Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS (makes 12-14 balls):
-1/2 cup dates, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
-1/2 cup rolled-oats
-1/4 cup peanut-butter
-2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
-1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
-2 tbsp salted peanuts or any nut of your choice
Method:
1-Discard the water from the dates then add all ingredients to a food processor or high power blender.
Pulse a few times until you have a thick paste that comes together beautifully.
2-Take around 1 tablespoon of paste and form into a ball in your hands.
3-Keep forming balls until you finish all your paste and you're done!
4-They are ready to eat right away and store for 4-5 days at room temperatures in an air tight container.
