Ferrero Rocher Fudgy Brownie Recipe With Nutella Sauce


For the Brownies:

175 g unsalted butter

60 g semi-sweet chocolate bar or chocolate chips

400 g sugar

3 large eggs, at room temperature

2 tsp vanilla extract

85 g unsweetened cocoa powder

125 g all purpose flour

pinch of salt

9 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates

For the Nutella Sauce:

70 g Nutella

22 ml milk


1-Pre-heat your oven to 180 C and line your baking pan (9x13) with parchment paper and slightly grease it.

2-In a microwave safe bowl, combine both the butter and chocolate, and microwave in 30 second intervals until the mixture is all melted and smooth.

3-Whisk in the sugar and mix to combine.

4-Add in your eggs, one at a time, and quickly whisk them so they don't scramble from the heat.

5-Add all your fry ingredients (cocoa powder, flour & salt) to the mixture and fold it in to just to combine. Do not over mix.

6-Spread 1/2 of your batter in the baking pan, then top it off with your Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

7-Add the second half of your batter, covering the chocolates completely.

8-Bake for 30 minutes exactly.

9-Remove from the oven and place on wire rack to completely cool.

10-While the brownies are cooling, prepare your nutella sauce: simply combine the nutella and milk together and whisk until it all comes together and is shiny and smooth.

11-Place the nutella sauce is a piping bag, or zip-lock bag and snip off one end of the bag, and drizzle the sauce all over the brownies.

12-Cut your brownies & Enjoy!
